We refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website through email collection programs or other technical devices. Please note that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Information and Communications Network Act-(Partially amended on Dec 18, 2002, Act No. 06797)-Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

① No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices from websites where collection is explicitly refused.

② No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.

③ No one shall use such email addresses for information transmission, knowing they are collected, sold, or distributed in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2.

Article 65-2 (Penalties) Anyone falling under any of the following shall be fined up to 10 million KRW.

① Those who violate Article 50(4) by applying technical measures

② Those who violate Article 50(6) by sending commercial advertisements for profit

③ Those who collect, sell, distribute, or use email addresses in violation of Article 50-2 for information transmission
